Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment and written confirmation by Naad Studio.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, attendance details, and technical needs before session date.
Studio Conduct
All participants must follow equipment safety rules. Damages due to negligence may be billed to the client.
Payment Terms
Final invoices are payable as per the agreed project schedule. Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to their original material. Naad Studio retains rights to internal processes, templates, and setup standards.
Liability
Naad Studio is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, venue restrictions, or third-party vendor failure.
